Of course, the subscription works like any other, simply ensure that at checkout you put the shipping address as the correct mailing address for the person you’re buying for. Also include the correct name and email address so that the quarterly Notebook Club newsletter is sent to the right email address.

So the membership is for life, you’ll continue having access to the Members only area of the SOLEMNIKO website even if you don’t renew your subscription after the year is up. You won’t receive notebooks, but you will receive the quarterly Notebook Club newsletter, be automatically enrolled in giveaways and competitions AND have access to new releases BEFORE they go live on the general SOLEMNIKO Store.

Yes, every single notebook is handmade from scratch by me. I may sometimes use decorative paper that I find from a local indie store, and the boxes will include products that are made from other small businesses. But the notebooks and any other products from SOLEMNIKO included in your subscription boxes are 100% handmade from scratch with my own two hands.

Short answer: no.

The whole point - and joy - of The Notebook Club is that you don’t know what you’re getting until you open up the box. I work the 4 designs for the year to the theme chosen by current members. If you don’t like it you can wait and see what the following year’s one will be.

If you would prefer to just have a notebook made entirely to your own design specifications I would suggest you commission one and work directly with me to get the look you want.

Put it this way, the notebooks themselves are totally unique. They will never be made again in that specific way with those materials etc, so they are solely collectables. If you’re looking at the amount that is put into each box, little extras included - the amount you pay for the subscription is definitely made back to you in that regard.
